Commercial Branch Manager a City Center Washington DC New Branch Opening The Commercial Branch Manager will be responsible for working with the Branch Relationship Manager to lead a dynamic team of financial services professionals to deliver the distinctive Signal member experience The priorities of this position include business development community outreach community events and educational seminars for our members In addition this position will support the Branch Relationship Manager with providing oversight of the branch operation exceptional service employee development member relationship management and financial growth expectations Position Responsibilities Develop leads and or relationships with potential Select Employer Groups SEGa s and work with the Business Development Officer and or branch staff to establish new relationships as well as retain and improve our current relationships Leads branch routines necessary to acquire retain and deepen member relationships Routines to include daily huddles monthly employee on as outbound calling campaigns new member onboarding relationship product bundling and cross selling Signala s products and services to existing members Manages a portfolio of Select Employer Groups SEGa s with an emphasis of enrolling all existing and new employees as members of the credit union Participates in local organizations marketing Signala s brand value proposition and commitment to the local community Maintains communications with main office prepares and submits standard reports attends scheduled management meetings Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures Responsible attaining the stated financial objectives by formulating and executing a detailed Sales Management program Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required College degree preferred Two to five years of similar or related experience with proven leadership business development client relationship management and organizational skills are required Prior experience in a banking or financial services company required Excellent interpersonal engagement leadership and presentation skills attentiveness information retention tact and diplomacy in dealing with both members and employees required Work involves motivating or influencing others Fostering sound relationships with other entities companies and or individuals Proven track record of success with Business Development and Community outreach Strong accuracy and detail orientation skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint required Prior experience with Symitar preferred
