Call Center Agent
Window Nation is currently seeking an individual who is organized, self-sufficient, and dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must have the ability to handle questions/concerns with speed and efficiency, must work well in a fast paced and high energy environment, and able to maintain communication with the Window Nation team during the call process. Daily job duties will includeinbound & outbound calls, appointment setting, and general customer service. Candidates must have exceptional phone etiquette. There is room for growth with demonstrated success in the role.
