Position summary: To foster a healthy and productive environment within all assigned clubs for the mutual benefit of UK Elite Soccer, and all affiliated organizations. To oversee the designated region in all relevant areas - including but not limited to summer logistics, seasonal demands, housing, cars, equipment and storage facilities Be responsible for maintaining personal coaching excellence through appearance, timekeeping, curriculum, standard and quality of coaching sessions. Coaching: Coach teams/groups of players from your club on a seasonal basis. Including: Technical, tactical and functional training Physical conditioning Game-day coaching and phase of play development Coordinate or coach summer camp programs as needed Coordinate or coach regional programs as needed Coordinate and coach the region's Summer Select program Provide professional support for local coaches via Coaching clinics NSCAA coaching courses Presentations and attendance at meetings Professional Development: Attend professional development sessions with a view to ongoing professional/personal improvement Conduct professional development and follow up sessions with all regional staff, and provide opportunity for coaches in designated clubs to further their qualifications Liaise with Director of Coaching to ensure all coaching staff are maintaining expected performance levels when providing coaching services Act as a liaison between all seasonal coaching staff and senior management, to foster a positive environment and ensure quality service provision across the region Meet with coaching staff on an seasonal basis to review performance and plan future development Assist in development of new coaches through clinics/orientation, to ensure the constant development of the region as a whole Supervise seasonal staff in fulfilling their contractual requirements with regards coaching and non-coaching hours Conduct professional development and follow up sessions with seasonal staff, and liaise with club coaches to facilitate the highest quality coaching experience Financial: Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clubs, recreation departments, YMCA's and other organizations through regular contact and attendance at meetings Maximize opportunities to develop new relationships as above, through sales presentations; meetings and conventions; seasonal cold calling; and networking through existing clients Maximize the number of players attending all camps or programs for designated clubs and organizations Achieve financial targets and given projections for all camps or programs within designated region Attend all major club meetings as required to represent UK Elite Soccer Attend all promotional events (including tournaments and conventions) to ensure maximum exposure for UK Elite Soccer Administrative: Liaise with relevant UK Elite Soccer Director for all administrative duties and responsibilities that may include all or some of below: Summer logistics for residential and community camps Seasonal Coaching and Regional Staffing levels UK Elite Soccer transportation and fleet maintenance Maintenance of all soccer equipment and inventory Furnishings and maintenance of all UKE housing When applying online, please reference glassdoor and which job you are applying for.
