The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting our heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Linux/Unix server environment. The individual in this position must be able to effectively troubleshoot a wide variety of application, software, database-connectivity, and network-related issues. The Senior Systems Administrator should also have sufficient knowledge of virtual platforms and Windows-based applications. This individual will also be responsible for the stability and efficient operation of the external hosting and internal processing business critical applications that support or impact our growing company. What youll do: Administration, setup and maintenance of Windows servers, and all roles (File servers, NLB, IPAM, proxy, etc) Management of Cisco/Sonicwall firewalls, Cisco switches, and F5 load balancers Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems processes and review of system and application logs Provide day to day support and troubleshooting for production and test hardware, OS, software, and operations issues Planning and execution of backups Systems monitoring and capacity planning Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and availability as needed Some travel as needed to remote data centers and other Clarabridge offices About you: 6+ years of hands-on Systems Administrator experience NetApp/EMC/IBM installation, configuration, and management iSCSI/FC/FCoE Protocol troubleshooting and design Manage all ADDS/DNS/DHCP/WSUS/SCCM/MDT/FSMO/RBAC SMB file share setup, permissions, and ACL control Internal/External UC SAN and wildcard certificate creation/renewal/installation/revocation/re-key and management Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL Youre comfortable working with imaging services like AWS and Softlayer Apache/Tomcat configuration and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008/2008R2, 2012, 2012R2/2016 Hyperic/Splunk/Nagios/PRTG/Solarwinds server/service monitoring tool experience Mac/iOS system management, MDM, JAMF/Casper, integration into AD domain Active Directory, GPO, RODC, DFS, replication and intersite resiliency Exchange 2010/2013 Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance ESXi installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Familiar with Cisco IOS and NX-OS CLI Experience with Cisco ASA, ACE, IOS, NX-OS, ASDM, Cisco Anyconnect, Experience with TSM/BackupExec/Acronis/Paragon Experience with ticketing systems (Jira/Spiceworks) Experience with remote access/VPN/RDP support as well as site to site VPN tunnels Install manage and maintain infrastructure at multiple datacenters DR planning, testing and execution Excellent problem solving skills, able to effectively troubleshoot issues remotely Exceptional communication skills, written and oral Highly organized self-starter Ability to prioritize and multi-task Team-first attitude Qualifications: BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited four-year university or college, or relevant/equivalent work experience 6+ years demonstrated success in IT or related field Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time MCTS, MCITP, Security+, Network+, A+, etc. certifications preferred
