Job Description: The Enterprise Relationship Consultants focus on servicing, deepening banking and investment relationships with Mass Affluent customers; clients with less than $250k in investable assets. ERCs work with customers to service their relationship, understand their financial situation and needs, and assist with solutions to meet those needs. The successful candidate will: Deliver exceptional service to clients by answering general account inquiriesDeliver on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, productivity, quality and service standards.Research and resolve client requestsUnderstand what is important to a client and provide investment advice and guidance to their overall financial goalsDemonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needsEstablish strong client relationships by exceeding client expectations and following through on commitmentsMaintain current knowledge of Merrill Edge products, policies and services while keeping abreast of financial markets and regulationsGrasp complex technical material quicklyCommunicate effectively Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified.
