This is an open continuous announcement. Qualified applicants may be referred as early as July 24, 2017. All subsequent cut-offs will be done approximately every 30 days until vacancies are filled.
All applicants will be rated on the following Job Elements:
* Ability to perform USRO duties without more than normal supervision (Screen Out)
* Knowledge of equipment, assembly, installation., testing, repair
* Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, drawings and blueprints.
* Technical practices (Theoretical, precise, artistic)
Applicants must meet the screen out element and score at least fifty (50%) or higher in each element category.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
