Essential Duties:

Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Performs check-run, wires, and/or direct deposit process
Filing, scanning, mail, ordering and errands


High School diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years related experience
Filing experience
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word and Excel)
Ability to multi-task
Must be resourceful and pay close attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
