GDIT is looking for a project/task lead to support the Army Training Management Proponent Support (ATMPS) task order. In direct support of this effort, the candidate has overall responsibility to develop/sustain learning products, deliver training, inform the Army on new and changing training capabilities and provide ATMS help desk support. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

 

    Develop, manage and sustain Army training management and related learning (training and education) productsDevelop and deliver Army training management briefingsDevelop and maintain the Army Training Management Proponent milSuite sitesProvide unit and institutional Army training management trainingProvide Tier 1 ATMS Customer SupportManage, sustain and develop Army training management contentMaintain ATMS social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, milSuite, and YouTube
Education Bachelors Degree required

  

Qualifications
    Familiar with Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 7-0, Army Doctrine Reference Publication (ADRP) 7-0, and FM 7-0, Train To Win In A Complex World, AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development and TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets.Familiar with the functionality of the DTMS as it relates to the application of Army training doctrine.Ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to assist in managing and the QC of ATMP training and education products and for Learning Product development.Experience in using the tool to manage actions to integrate input from multiple sources and to share information among ATMP stakeholders and for tracking and sharing ATMS information on Learning Product developmentA Bachelor’s DegreeGraduate of the Command and General Staff College (MEL 4), Sergeant Majors Academy or military service school equivalent.Five (5) + years of military experience of training in the Operational Army and of training or training development in the Institutional Army.Professional working knowledge of ATMS and its role in supporting Army training management requirements.Secret Clearance Required
