GDIT is looking for a project/task lead to support the the Mission Command Center of Excellence, Directorate of
Training in several key functions in order to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) Mission Command training and education concepts, strategies, scenarios, and other products with appropriately integrated MC Training Support
requirements from the Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) training environments and the overarching integrated training environment (ITE) that enable the leaders across the Army’s operational, institutional, and self-development domains to train and develop leaders, Soldiers, and units to exercise Mission Command. In direct support of this effort, the candidate has overall responsibility to manage a team that has the responsibility for the following tasks that include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop/sustain learning products 
  • Inform the Army on new and changing training capabilities 
  • Provide quality control for MC CoE training and education products accreditation, and certification
  • Manage the Army METL Working Group (AMWG) MC CoE Standardized METL
  • Perform Force Mod proponent responsibilities for Current CPoF and GCCS-A as well as emerging Common Operating
    Environment (COE) and Command Post (Computing Environment Information System
    (CPCE IS) or their successor systems/environments






Education Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.


Master's Degree preferred

    Experience: 5 + years military or DoD experience with knowledge in training and education development processes in the institutional domain and data manipulation within a data base.3+ years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnelKnowledgeable in AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development and TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets, and use/application of the Army’s approved automated LE development toolActive Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
