Our Accounting Clerk performs a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions in the dealership accounting office.

In this role, you'll primarily:

  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Extensive data entry
  • Prepare and mail customer statements
  • Code and receipt payments
  • Prepare and post all bank deposits
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment to collect as necessary
  • Check, verify, and process invoices
  • Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data
  • Process all vendor payments monthly
  • Maintain vendor files

In this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivilent
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Customer service experience
  • Automotive experience is preferred
