Business Development & Exhibit Sales Coordinator
Arlington, VA based trade association seeks self-motivated, detailed-oriented team player. Coordinator assists with the development and sales of new business and exhibit sales for trade shows. Under direction, identify and recruit new exhibitors and subsequent members; communicate the benefits of association membership to prospective members; maintain and manage a database of prospective and current exhibitors; participate in development/implementation of marketing campaigns; assist with planning and execution of conferences; post conference responsibilities; provide administrative and program support to Business Development/Exhibits team. As necessary, assist in the on-site set up and execution of tradeshows.
Minimum qualifications: Up to 4 years sales experience, preferably in the conference/trade show industry. Microsoft Office with data entry proficiency, prior Salesforce of comparable CRM experience a plus. Excellent written/verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to build relationships with members. Ability to travel.
