Cost Benefits Analyst
Description:Engility is seeking a Cost Benefits Analyst with demonstrated success supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) investment analysis process. The candidate will utilize FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) guidance and Joint Resource Council (JRC) processes to conduct quantitative analysis using operations research tools, economics, and other quantitative techniques to supported life-cycle cost and benefits analysis in support of successful JRC decisions. The candidate will support the full range of benefits related investment analysis and business case development activities including cost analysis, benefits analysis, risk analysis, economic analysis, requirements definition, schedule development, and tradeoff studies.The Cost Benefits Analyst may include any of the following responsibilities:Cost benefit or financial analysis; lifecycle cost and benefits of PMO programs and their component projects; estimate variations of lifecycle cost and benefits due to changes in parameters; cost benefit model breaking out dollars by appropriation, WBS element, and time phase by fiscal year; cost risk analysis; cost benefit estimates that identify the BOE, proposed LOE by task, and time-phase dollarsRequired Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in economics, business administration, or substantially related field (such as accounting, finance, operations research, etc.) Must have a minimum of 10 years related experience supporting investment analysis and business case developmentProficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be able to pass a background investigation for a position of Public Trust.
