Counterintelligence Instructor

Key Role:

Support counterintelligence (CI) training, education, and tradecraft analysis requirements of a US Army client in support of the Army Surveillance Detachment. Provide subject matter expertise necessary to support the government client with surveillance training, operations, mission support as a curriculum developer, instructor, trainer, and mentor. Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and specific tradecraft or capabilities in support of preparatory and real-world missions. Provide expertise in the development, revision, and instruction of tradecraft exercise scenario development and collective training events.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience as an instructor

-3+ years of experience with supporting CI and HUMINT operations

-Experience with developing curriculum for training to meet or exceed minimum Army Mission Essential Task List (METL) standards

-Experience with developing Programs of Instruction (POI)

-Knowledge of friendly and adversary surveillance tradecraft, techniques, and capabilities

-Knowledge of tactical and strategic CI operations of the CI Enterprise

-Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, including interfacing with senior military officials, managers, students, and participants

-Ability to travel 25% or more

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD)

-BA or BS degree preferred

-Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent IC instructor course

-Graduate of CFSO, MCC, ACICC, AFCIC, or equivalent service source handling course

-Completion of CI Special Agent Course (CISAC)

-Completion of JCITA CI Surveillance Course (CSC)


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
