Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Provide general military intelligence analysis and organizational expertise dealing with threats to the US Army and DoD interests worldwide. Conduct all-source research and threat analysis of counterintelligence, counterterrorism, force protection, and information operations. Provide support to counterintelligence investigation through liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and other members of the DoD and intelligence community. Provide record checks, data research and social networking analysis through the use of intelligence and law enforcement databases and search engines. Conduct research using social networking tools, digital mapping programs, and law enforcement database and research tools, including Open Source (OSINT) and classified searches. Advise team leaders, supervisor, and chain of command on intelligence findings and recommend positions. Brief intelligence assessments and positions to senior Battalion civilian and Army personnel, ensuring the finished product is consistent with applicable unit and Army intelligence positions.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst in support of DoD or JIATF

-2+ years of experience in work with M3, TAC, Analyst Notebook, Palantir, ICReach, or TIDE

-Ability to network across several components and organizations to support a variety of projects

-TS/SCI clearance required

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with building Common Operating and Intelligence

-Experience with the intelligence spectrum, including OSINT, HUMINT, or SIGINT

-Experience with writing threat assessments

-Experience with analyzing financial data or relevant financial services

-Experience working with Counterintelligence Investigations

-Ability to interact with various IC partners on a daily basis
