We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Developer-Oracle Access/Identity Management to join one of our long term Federal projects in NOVA. US citizenship is required with the minimum of an interim secret or active secret security clearance. This role manages the development, configuration, testing and deployment and integration of Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) for the project. In addition, the role provides input for systems development and database administration from a user provisioning and access federation point of view. The role applies subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to automate role based access requests, improve provisioning, authorizations and authentication within the overall project. Key Responsibilities:Design overall strategy, planning, evaluation, architecture and implementation of the entire Identity and Access Management stack.Ability to Integrate PeopleSoft HCM, ELM, CRM and OBIEE with Identity and Access management services within a suite of applications using Oracle Access Manager (OAM) & Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).The OAM developer is responsible for the design, application configuration, customization, development testing and implementation of Identity and Access Management functions across the enterprise solution and all system lifecycles.Experience with User Provisioning, Onboarding, Authentication, Enterprise Single-Sign On, Directory Services and Federation.Ability to operationalize policies and processes within supporting technologies to enable access management.Ensure all tasks and milestones associated with OAM/OIM design, configuration and testing are completed according to project management guidelines.Analyze and resolve OAM/OIM problems across the suite of applications and all environments.Provide support to security and develop appropriate audit controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of applications.Write and maintain documentation related to Access and Identity Management design, implementation and practices.Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities. Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree10+ years of overall technical experience in system design, project development and production support of large applications/systems.5+ years of experience with the installation and configuration of Oracle Access Manager and Identity Manager.Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security Administration in a PeopleSoft 9.1 or above environment to include People Tools, Role grant functions, Workflow, PeopleSoft Security configurations, Query Security, User Preferences, Row Level Security, Component Security, etc.Experience with integration of PeopleSoft and LDAP and other third party products including Single Sign On.Broad-based knowledge of Security controls, Information Technology, Compliance, and HRIS applicationsPossesses extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniquesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownershipMust have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skillsAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)Ability to attain Security+ certification Desired qualifications:Experience with PeopleSoft Application Security including HCM, ELM & CRM and OBIEEExperience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x and PeopleTools 8.52 or above preferred Macro Solutions is a woman-owned IT and management consulting firm that helps government organizations select, implement, integrate and maintain critical business solutions.
