Responsible for Maintaining, Coordinating, and Managing Installation of JSP offered services for all outside plant including 100 or more Manholes and 100 or more Handholes, and the OSP related facilities in the NCR under Government oversight. Responsible for follow existing BICSI and JSP Outside Plant standards, when required provide standards and engineering installation plan (EIP) instructions required for the installation of outside cable plant. OSP Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) will be responsible to support pentagon reservation’s MH and HH maintenance, OSP feasibility studies coordination with or by other agencies with JSP Government oversight.

Skills/Requirements:

    Must be well versed in BICSI rules, regulations, and standards.Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification is preferred.Minimum 8 years developing layout and design for technology systems including voice, data, and structured cabling.Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, EIA, TIA, industry standards and other applicable codes related to the design and layout of IT, low voltage and telecommunications systems.Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling Systems from an installation and basic design perspective.

 Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively to personnel of various expertise levels.  Solid Customer Support Skills in a high visibility environment.  Problem analysis and problem solving  Attention to detail and accuracy

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of directly related experience in network analysis and design.
