Rouge Fine Catering, a leading upscale Mid Atlantic catering company experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a DC area Director of Business Development in order to forcefully penetrate the DC/Virginia markets. The goal and ambition is to take ourselves from 18 million company to 30 million in the next 5 years.

The rapid growth of our company has created a unique mid-point opportunity. This opportunity will be seized by an individual able to recognize that we are at this rare moment in the life of a company where we are big enough to momentarily explode in the marketplace but still small enough to create high potential career opportunities.

The ideal candidate has held a Senior Executive Sales Management position in an upscale catering company for a minimum of five years or has deep knowledge of the event world. Strong familiarity with the affluent circles and the social scene of Washington DC will be necessary. A book of catering clients and or strategic connections with upscale venues will certainly give you a running start.

The salary will be appropriate for this executive position with bonuses based on results. 100k+ range, based on experience and past success. Fully paid vacation and Health Benefits Package.
