Service Center Central Lead TS/SCI Clearance Tampa, FL 1. Provides technical; administrative; and operational management of assigned project or tasks; including contract and subcontractor management. 2. Supervises assigned staff; including subordinate supervisors. 3. Participates in the development of technical project plans; proposals; reports; and task order and administrative reporting. 4. May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks. 5. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. 6. Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison. 7. Interacts with vendors; other agencies; and other client staff on behalf of the client. 8. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. 9. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. 10. Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects. 11. Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance; scheduling; technology; methodology; tools; and solution components. 12. Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site; facility or multiple locations. 13. Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection; systems development; systems maintenance; and production activities and for necessary support resources. 14. Oversees all aspects of projects. 15. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. 16. Participates in special projects as required. Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. 2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred. Qualifications 1. 8-10 years of related experience; including supervisory experience. 2. Must possess effective management skills. 3. Must possess effective administrative and organizational skills. 4. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Must be possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. 6. Must be able to achieve Security+ CE Certification (or equivalent) within 90 days of hire for positions requiring elevated privileges and ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire. 7. Additional specific certifications may be required; depending on job assignment. 8. This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide. 9. This work is typically performed at client site locations; which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials; boxes or equipment.
