Provides advice and assistance in support of acquisition planning at all levels of acquisitions, from small purchases up to and including new or modified flight or test systems.
Provides acquisition advice and assistance to the AF on the NEWEG Project.
Provides acquisition advice and assistance to the AF ADTRA Project.
Essential Job Functions:
Advice and assist developing and analyzing acquisition strategy methodologies.
Develop and review acquisition documentation.
Participate in developing EW T&E needs and solutions.
Track current and planned T&E investments.
Participate in acquisition strategy analysis and planning.
Develop and maintain acquisition schedules.
Provide advice and assistance for current DoD, AF, AFMC, and AFTC acquisition policy and guidance to acquisition projects.
Review or propose inputs to Purchase Request packages, Request for Proposals (RFPs), PWSs, CDRLs, specifications, requirements documents, Sections L and M, Acquisition Plans, Award Fees and Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Cost Models, and other acquisition-related documents.
Provide advice and assistance formulating, generating, reviewing, recommending revisions, and finalizing Source Selection Evaluation Guides, Source Selection Plans, and other source selection documentation, maintaining acquisition documentation, and conducting fact-finding activities associated with source selections in a non-decision-making role (e.g. as an advisor).
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Master's degree and ten (10) years of experience in DOD Acquisition Program Management.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Competent with all Microsoft Office products.
Sound understanding of and experience with DoD Acquisition Program Management.
