The American Society of Hematology (ASH) seeks a creative, organized, flexible, and accountable individual with experience in marketing and copy writing to serve in the role of the Marketing Coordinator. The candidate selected for this position will support multiple projects under the leadership of Marketing Manager.
Qualified candidates must have excellent writing, analytical, and project management skills. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for drafting promotional copy for the Society’s programs and products, coordinating the development of marketing materials with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that timelines are followed, coordinating distribution, analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, and making recommendations for improvements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications; at least two years of marketing experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in medical or scientific subject matter, marketing collateral production, editing skills, and design software are highly preferred. The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to staying current with best practice and latest trends are essential.
