Operational Support Officer East Asia (TS/SCI with Poly required)
Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization. 1. Provide a wide range of operations support to include action tracking, monitoring incoming and outgoing requirements, coordinating weekly/monthly status reports, and assisting with tracing and conducting research. 2. Provide a variety of general and specific administrative services and directly support one or more functions to include facilities management, information management, logistics, imaging and publishing, procurement, medical, and security. 3. Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security. 4. May perform tasks relative to the control of company and/or government property assigned to the organization. 5. May perform facilities planning activities, including coordinating the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment. 6. May act as facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures. 7. May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports. 8. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced administrative staff, and may have supervisory responsibility. 9. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience. Qualifications 8-10 years of related administrative and analytical experience. Familiarity with the IC documentation processes which include evaluation and reporting on operations and projects is required. Familiarity with IC administrative practices is also required. Experience with East Asia or other hard targets preferred. Experience with technical elements and various agencies also preferred.
