JOB DESCRIPTION Serve as the Assistant Program Director and Senior Functional Expert for $200M program with over 340 personnel serving as the alternate point of contact for the Task Order Manager (TM)/Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Responsible for overseeing the management of the operations and maintenance activities for the firm fixed price team of 240 FTE managing LAN/MAN/WAN Connectivity; Time Division Multiplexing Long Haul and Point-to-Point communications on four classification levels of Transport Networks from Unclassified through Top Secret SCI. Oversee the Operations and maintenance activities for a Government furnished network infrastructure within designated Government facilities within a 120 miles radius of the Pentagon in the NCR and external sites include but not limited to the Mechanicsburg; PA; Rhode Island; Charlottesville; and Warrenton; VA . Operate and maintain DISA Tech Control for Pentagon. Develop technical analysis and cost estimates for up to 750 (~500) projects each year for $30m Plus.Manage 109 FTE - Provide project engineering support for over 500 funded projects. Job Responsibilities:Manages employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in multiple functional areas. 1. Directly, and through subordinate supervisors, manages multiple functional areas of information system solutions development and technical support, including personal computer/client server support, systems programming, applications design and development, database design and administration, information security, telecommunications and network support and administration. 2. Develops and implements business plans, policies, and procedures. 3. Develops schedules and assigns work to meet critical customer or organization deadlines. 4. Ensures that proper records and other documentation are maintained. 5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. 6. Participates in special projects as required.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in BS; Computer Science or a related discipline.Qualifications:15 or more years of related experience.

Years of work experience may be substituted one for one with college years.
