Task Order Lead - TS/SCI - RAF Molesworth
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and designs complex computer systems to process data.Analyzes systems and procedures to refine their formulation and converts them to programmable formats.Defines systems objectives and prepares system design specifications to meet customer requirements.Writes or updates software specifications.Creates logical data models based on functional requirements.Performs quality assurance review of specifications for internal and external delivery.Analyzes detail systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and reliability characteristics.Develops analytical tools for use in the design and redesign of systems.Coordinates with client to define problem, determine data availability, report requirements, and resolve system design problems.Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task order, including contract and subcontractor management.Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.May also perform high level technical services to meet customer requirements.Conducts planning and provides recommendations to customer on task workload.Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary customer liaison for task order requirements.Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other customer staff on behalf of the customer.Coordinates development of deliverables in accordance with the task order Project Work Statement.Ensures quality assurance of task order deliverables prior to submission.Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced team members.Supervises assigned staff.May serve as a technical team or task leader.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.
Education Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Qualifications 5-8 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.
- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.Must be able to achieve Security+ CE Certification (or equivalent) within 90 days of hire for positions requiring elevated privileges and ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire.Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment.Must have advance knowledge of program processes and procedures.Advanced knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in systems analysis and design.Proficiency in the use of one or more specific technologies, depending on job assignment.Must have effective supervisory skills.Must have effective administrative and organizational skills.Must have advanced knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in systems analysis and design.This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide.The work is typically performed at client site locations, which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.
