A high quality 64-unit cooperative in NW Washington DC seeks Building Manager. Experience in residential building/facilities management essential including staff supervision, monitoring building condition and services, negotiation of contracts, oversight of contractors and vendors, management of expenses and assisting in budgets and operating reports. Strong interpersonal, communication, and office computer skills required. Working knowledge of accounting, local regulatory filing requirements, and personnel policies highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree, CPM, RPA, and/or PCAM designation and bilingual (Spanish) ability are a plus.
