Job Summary/Company: 
Sparks Group is partnered with a global life sciences organization in Manassas, VA, seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative. This is a long-term contract opportunity with an immediate start date. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!!


  • Performing both inbound and outbound calls (primarily inbound)
  • Providing outstanding customer service 
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Inputting new orders
  • Processing payments
  • Tracking shipments

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of one year of customer service experience (F2F or phone)
  • Previous experience handling email inquiries and/or telephone inquiries is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit screen
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and pleasant phone etiquette is required
