Job Description:
Sentara Medical Group is an experienced Admin Secretary to work full-time in the Norfolk, VA area.

Job Summary/Purpose:

Supports administration by performing a variety of complex, administrative, and typing tasks for particular managers/areas assigned. Reports to and supports Office Coordinator as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent with secretarial coursework preferred.

Experience: Three years work experience as a secretary, which includes administrative and/or personal secretarial responsibilities REQUIRED.

Other: Excellent communication (oral and written) skills essential. Proficient in typing (65wpm). Proficient in Microsoft Office Software. Candidates with 3 years paralegal or legal assisting experience will be considered.
