Cafe & Club Assistant Manager
Ridgewells Catering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to serve as Café & Club Assistant Manager at a high profile Performing Arts Center in Bethesda, MD. The position is part of a management team that oversees the operation of the café, kitchen, concessions, backstage artist hospitality and onsite catering. A successful candidate will have proven customer service experience in high volume environments, adaptability and flexibility to changes, and the ability to think outside the box. Responsibilities will include: Oversight of the daily operations of the club, café and concessions, accounting duties such as cash management, maintaining proper sanitation, cleaning and food safety standards. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred, 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant leadership, the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position requires a flexible and alternative work schedule with nights and weekends as the primary shift.
