Small Fairfax, VA CPA and Financial Services firm has an immediate opening for a full time Office Manager. Job duties include: greeting clients and answering the phone, assembly of tax returns and preparation/processing of investment paperwork, tracking and ordering supplies, filing and other administrative tasks. This position requires a motivated, detail oriented and organized person with good computer skills and excellent communication skills who must be able to multi-task. Experience with Microsoft Office products is a must. Work experience with CPA and/or investment firms is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a background check.
