Energetic Support Representative
Sparks Group is partnered with a cutting-edge software company looking to add to a Senior Support Representative to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SharePoint, Office 365, and excellent problem-solving skills. If you're great at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and eager to support a global team apply within!
• Lead and mentor team members
• Ability to work with high-profile customers
• Assist customers to resolve difficult cases and escalated issues
• Strengthen customer confidence and trust in products and abilities
• Ability to work with all levels of management and diverse cultures
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Office 365 and SharePoint Certification (preferred)
• 2 years or more of SharePoint experience required
• At least 2 years of Customer Support experience in a software support environment
• Experience with CRM and familiarity with Windows OS required
• Flexibility to work an on-call rotation every other month (on average)
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
