Sparks Group is seeking organized and dependable Receptionist professionals to support a healthcare software organization in the Northern Virginia area. If you’re a go-getter with office experience and enjoy taking on new challenges, apply right away to be considered for an exciting opportunity!
- Answer phone and direct calls
- Greet visitors and sign them in
- Schedule conference rooms, set up/clean up from meetings/conferences
- Order office supplies
- Keep kitchen stocked and clean
- Assist with other projects (i.e. putting together new hire packets, etc.)
- Assist with ordering office equipment (i.e. computers, etc.)
- Need solid experience in MS Office so admin skills are ideal
- Minimum two years of general administrative support experience
- High school diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
