Responsible for CRM program that maintains personnel records to include PERSTEMPO, personnel qualifications, and locations.

Assist in developing a personnel status reporting system using existing software.

Manage 200+ user accounts and permissions.

Train SOCCENT personnel, and subordinate commands on proper use of CRM. Train SOCCENT and subordinate command personnel on capabilities, functionality, and proper use of CRM.

Monitor status of inputs, highlighting errors for action by SOCCENT CoS personnel.             

Advises Director of Personnel on the effectiveness of personnel readiness reporting in CRM.

Automate personnel processes to reduce manual inputs.

Increase awareness of DefenseReady capabilities by focusing on data integrity and consistency to ensure the customer has access to relevant and accurate information.

Consolidate data from various directorates and subordinate commands into DefenseReady to increase data transparency and reduce duplicative work.

Gather requirements and create new projects and products to fulfill the needs of SOCCENT leadership and personnel.

Identify and escalate new ideas and issues to the SOCOM DefenseReady Program Office and development team.

Produce monthly reports sent to SOCOM and CENTCOM.

Utilize Excel analyze data, identifying errors and trends to determine areas of focus for training and new projects.

Build customized dashboards and workbooks to increase efficiency and simplify processes.

Study training material in Excel and CRM forums/web sites to expand knowledge and skills to better serve the SOCCENT.

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
