We are currently searching for a Director of Learning The Director of Learning will provide overall strategic leadership and day to day guidance to the learning organization This role will build and transform the role of learning in enabling key strategic business and learning objectives Using leading practices and technology it will enable the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences exceed technical expectations of our employees and enable employees to build new and relevant capabilities in the workplace It will provide Learning expertise and partnering effectively across the business units Drive cultural change by developing and deploying mission vision and values cascade to achieve learning strategic objectives Responsible for overseeing the governance of the Learning Organization Effective engage and support the Learning Council and enabling the success of the Learning Council Objectives Develops and oversees curriculum and content for learning across diverse learning objectives and learner needs including retail operations HVAC Techs Drivers Customer Service Call Center and Corporate Employees Identifies and develops training and development programs for top talent and other specific employee populations Conducts benchmarking and identifies best in class approaches to meeting varied learning needs Collaborates across geographic boundaries and business units to build sustained trust and credibility Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Executive Management Marketing Corporate Communications HR and employees Leading and developing a learning team and driving performance fueled by engagement and strong performance Effectively executing on the set goals for Learning Successfully overseeing the adoption and use of the LMS Cornerstone OnDemand Creating and monitoring success using key metrics to measure success and effectiveness of Learning Successfully developing and managing key change management plans Develop and manage learning budget and investments Bachelors of Arts and or Science or equivalent degree years of leading and managing learning organizations teams with a min budget of K years of Leadership Development Talent Management experience Experience overseeing or managing enterprise wide LMS Strong understanding of building Learning Cultures Experience developing and curating learning experiences for different learning leads and deploying training with diverse modalities Experience in developing learning content and needs Ability to engage lead and develop effective teams Excellent consulting contracting project management planning and analytical skills ability to influence through data driven recommendations A strong customer focus and ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust respect competence and confidence both cross functionally and globally Ability to effectively engage with executive leaders and drive company wide initiatives Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions Demonstrated ability to manage and drive a team while also getting into the details to solve issues and create solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional writing and editing skills Experience working in matrix organizations fast paced environments or in start ups CPLS Certification and Neuroscience based training is preferred Strong adaptability collaboration business acumen and communication skills Adaptable Flexible Analytical Focused
