Real Estate Assistant - Listing Coordinator

The Listing Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to: -Management of a syndication of marketing plans -Consulting and managing projects for preparing properties -Management of a virtual assistant -Following a checklist of procedures for contracts, marketing, and property preparation -Supervise and review quality of marketing -Coordinate with contractors (Sign Co.s, etc) -Coordinate programs, establish line of communication between agents and clients -Creation of marketing materials; flyers, virtual tours-Light photo-editing Necessary skill-sets, or ability to learn the skill-sets quickly: -Have a standard of excellence -Creative problem-solving -Consistent accuracy and quality control -Communicate clearly and efficiently with others -Follow an efficient organizational model -Be proactive in anticipating clients needs and challenges -Want to learn and grow continually (Take advantage of courses, reading & coaching provided) -Be a team player and goal-oriented -MS Excel or Google Sheets proficient -Outlook calendar proficient -Management and/or real estate experience a plus If interested, follow the instructions below: 1.
