Our small yet passionate global HR & Recruitment team supports a diverse range of legal and technology experts based across our 7 offices in DC, New York, Chicago, London, Zurich, Hong Kong, and Bangalore. Based out of our Washington DC office, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, pay and benefits to serve as a consultant to management on recruitment and human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will be a passionate HR Business Partner and internal recruiter who enjoys all aspects of external recruitment, selection, onboarding supporting internal growth through talent development. Stand out applicants will have previous experience in a fast-paced and dynamic HR generalist role, ideally within the legal or professional services/consultancy industry.
