Job Description About Us Maintaining a tradition of fresh and flavorful Chesapeake regional seafood, CRC Restaurants Inc. is a family business that is been owned an operated by the Cernak siblings, Cheri, Rob & Cindy. Our first location was Obrycki's Crab House that had been around since 1944 . The Cernak family bought the restaurant in 1976. Our first airport location, Obrycki's, opened at BWI on Concourse B in 2006. In 2011 we opened Obrycki's A Bar in Concourse A at BWI. Our new restaurant, R & R Seafood Bar will be opening mid- May 2017 in the D/E Connector at BWI. Looking for an energetic manager to work in our very fast paced & busy restaurants, Obrycki's BWI, Obrycki's A Bar & R & R Seafood Bar. Previous experience in scheduling, cash management, inventory & ordering, food costing and labor costing as well as hands on experience in kitchen and on the floor is a plus. Must have computer & POS skills. Full availability is necessary. Opening manager shift starts as early as 4 am and the closing manager may work until 11:30 pm or later depending on delays. A personality that likes to deal with people is necessary in this job. Previous manager or shift supervisor experience is needed. Five paid sick days per year, 2 weeks vacation per year, full individual health insurance plus dental and vision paid for, parking pass and daily meals. Salary plus generous quarterly bonuses.
