For more information about Fannie Mae, visit JOB INFORMATION Responsible for contributing to and executing on the strategic plan for enhancing digital capabilities in the mortgage lifecycle. Play a critical role in building out the end to end client experience and manage the performance to achieve maximum engagement and client satisfaction. Utilize expertise in leading and performing assignments related to developing new products or improving existing products for an assigned marketing initiative or customer group. Initiate and lead projects to implement enhancements to current and help drive new capabilities while collaborating closely with marketing, product partners, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective deployment of budget in order to maximize our digital investment. Interpret reports and other data and provide expertise to internal and external customers. Conduct research and determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May operate in a lead or supervisory role. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Lead teams in developing and defining product strategy and roadmap for digital products and services supporting the mortgage lifecycle. Conduct research and analyses. Assess market needs and opportunities. Maintain industry relations and coordinate response on relevant industry developments. Design Thinking. Leading customer research, managing interactions with the Design team, turning customer research and insights into products Operate in a lead capacity during product development. Define scope, project management plans, and issues and risks. Manage timely and effective product delivery and deployment. Establish, maintain, and adhere to appropriate compliance and controls related to product development. Test products. Ensure that products and product enhancements yield expected business results and deliver customer value. Manage lender and vendor implementations. Coordinate activities to deliver products to market. Educate customers. Provide strategic product expertise and guidance on significant matters. Oversee development of product documentation, FAQs, reference materials for internal and external audiences, and customer training. Design and develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and communications related to specific products, product lines, or product areas. Provide ongoing marketing support to ensure competitiveness of existing products. Recommend enhancements. May perform complex product development and management projects. Provide information to internal and/or external customers. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; degrees in information systems, computer science or related fields preferred Graduate degree in business management, finance or strategy preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 6 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Experience with building digital strategy across a product suite Experience personalizing and targeting digital experiences to diverse audience segments and a documented track record of results from your work Ability to understand and champion the role of digital within an overall customer experience. Creative and analytical problem solving skills and a goal to constantly improve at your craft. Ability to derive insights from diverse sources of systems and customer data. Experience developing API products for B2B industry 5 years of experience in mortgage or financial industry Experience in leveraging big data analytics to develop product ideas. Management Consulting background is highly preferred Ability to problem solve and prioritize across multiple competing customer priorities.
