The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to delivernursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient s needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. This LPN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. Job Specific Details:Full-time position available on 7AM-3:30PM shift.Full-time and part-time LPN nurse position available on 3PM-11:30PM. All nurse positions include working Every-Other-Weekend. Prefer an experienced LPN.Supervises nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. Currently licensed as an LPN in Maryland.Charge nurse/floor nurse role working rehab unit(s) and/or long-term care unit(s). Normal essential job functions include, but not limited to: timely med passes & treatments, charting & reporting of incidents, conducting family/patient education, patient monitoring, and, appropriate documentation. Long-term care experience preferred.
