Requisition Number 17-0271 Post Date 5/23/2017 Title Manager Capping Invoice Audit City Sparks State MD Position Type Full-Time Description Duties Plan, direct, and manage the work flow of teams to ensure prompt, efficient, and proper handling of department work activities. Oversee a multi-location staff of about 14 full-time employees, 10 temporary employees, and 4 remote resources managing the accuracy and timeliness of the cap to activate process. Strategic initiatives to drive process improvements, business synergies and productivity Partnership with key stakeholders within Operations and Commercial organization to address customer concerns and exceptions Manage financial accounting as it is associated with the activation of assets to support the business' financial structure and investor requirements People Leadership: Hires, develops, and directs team members to maximize individual and team performance. Ensures performance objectives of team members are aligned with the goals of the organization. Measures performance effectiveness, and provides feedback and coaching to team members in support of development and future career goals. Requirements Position Requirements -Education and Experience ? Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, Business, or Accounting or related work experience. ? OR High School Diploma or GED with three years of accounting, billing or customer service experience. -Knowledge and Competencies ? Experience leading, growing and developing teams. ? Strong organizational planning, decision making, and analytical skills needed. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities. ? Basic accounting skills. ? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Strong proficiency in Excel. Accounting and reporting systems. ? Proven experience driving organization process improvements preferred.
