The AZEK Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing AZEK''s territory - level distributor and dealer strategy in collaboration with AZEK''s sales management team(eg AZEK''s Vice President Sales and the appropriate RSM.) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable Accommodations Statement Essential Functions Statement(s) Develop distributor and dealer plan for the territory. Recruit, sign and ramp up new distributor and select dealers consistent with the territory level distributor and dealer strategy. Establish and maintain contracts. Manage AZEK''s relationships with distributors and select dealers. Create distributor plans, monitor performance and take corrective actions when necessary. Introduce AZEK programs to distributors and gain commitments. Train distributor representatives. Develop dealer target/conversion list Schedule and conduct periodic joint dealer calls with distributor representatives Develop and maintain relationships with dealer management and field sales personnel Create dealer plans, monitor and review performance and take corrective action when necessary Introduce AZEK''s programs and gain commitments ( eg Allegiance) Train dealer representatives ( if not performed by distributor reps) Ensure AZEK''s Field Sales representatives conduct perodic end user events (eg contractor days) and joint field sales calls with dealer sales representatives Schedule and conduct periodic field sales calls with dealer sales representatives ( when appropriate) Be regularly available and responsive to customer''s real time needs. Complete expense reports, sales reports and other paperwork.
