This position is an incentive-based position based on results. This position is NOT an administrative position but an opportunity to take a community-based organization and grow it from the ground up. You will spend the majority of your time doing outreach and telling people about this business resource, than sitting behind the desk. Daily activities include engaging with potential members, partners and the community. This position is a sales position from the aspect of getting members to grow the space. You will also be responsible for creating & sustaining a collaborative workspace that ensures members' day-to-day engagement and enjoyment of where they work. Maintaining a clean, organized location, provide assistance & resolve issues as they arise, plan, co-host community events, and tour prospective new members through the space. You should be a solid communicator, helpful problem-solver and energetic personality to thrive in this evolving professional culture. We are looking for someone to grow in the position and the organization! Responsibilities Number 1 GOAL: Achieve 100% occupancy of really engaging happy members who are taking full advantage of the space and what the community has to offer. This position is 50% managing the workspace and 50% developing relationships, networking and sales. - New member sales, targeted outreach efforts doing sales calls and emails to generate member leads and schedule tours - Facilitate site tours and On-board new members - Build a community network and presence - Engage and manage social media outreach including Facebook and Instagram - Support sales reporting processes - Focus on member retention - Support members with daily needs -- mail distribution, general questions, inquiries - Create a collaborative environment & a strong sense of community for the members - Keeping workspace clean and viable for use - Strong work ethic & a true entrepreneurial spirit is a must! Additional daily marketing activities may include: research, list management, some content creation and social media chief engager. The skills most important for job success are results-driven by getting people to come to the space, creativity, dedication, attention to detail, passionate, eager to learn about a niche industry. Requirements Individual must be comfortable and have experience with the B2B sales and marketing. Must be dependable and able to take little direction and be a self starter. This is the perfect position for someone looking to learn and contribute to a growing organization while expanding their marketing expertise. Should be open to learning how to use various marketing techniques to reach out and engage with membership which includes: CRM's, Social Media Marketing and inbound marketing techniques. Must be able to contribute ideas to help advance the organization and be a solid task coordinator with proven results. Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or English preferred or Highschool Diploma and 3 years of progressive work history in sales and marketing is acceptable. *This is an ON-SITE position no remote or telework available. This position requires someone who is highly social and engaging!
