As a member of our client communications team, your job is critical: To help school district leaders tell their stories and engage their communities.We're looking for a talented writer and communications professional who is confident writing in a variety of mediums. You know how to write in a personal and formal style. We need a wordsmithing communications dynamo who can think strategically and apply the right message to the right situation for our school district clients - every time.You'll have the opportunity to work alongside PR directors and media relations professionals to create targeted communications, from press releases to website news to social media to marketing collateral. We work with hundreds of school districts nationwide. You'll create communications and awareness campaigns that help them connect with their communities and build strong, trusting relationships.Your responsibilities:Write. School districts are always communicating. You'll be challenged to create engaging copy that cuts through the noise to reach people where they are.Strategize. We're always looking for great ideas to help our school district clients achieve their engagement goals. You'll collaborate with our internal communications and marketing team to brainstorm new ways for school districts to improve community engagement and messaging.Advise. Some school districts are masters at communications. Others don't have the staff - or the bandwidth - to do this work effectively. You'll serve as an extension of our clients' communications teams, helping these leaders create compelling campaigns that meet their different engagement needs.
