SECU is looking for innovative and collaborative individuals with consultative sales experience to join our team as a Member Advisor.Responsibilities:A Member Advisor is a consultative advocate who creates member loyalty through building long-term relationships, delivering exceptional service while offering innovative, needs-based financial solutions that exceed our members' expectations. Actively consult with our members, anticipating their needs and providing solutions - from assisting our members with mobile banking solutions to educating them through the mortgage process.Use consultative sales knowledge to provide comprehensive reviews of the members' needs, identifying SECU products and services to promote membership growth.Develop business relationships through Bank at Work educational programs. Qualifications:Key Qualifications: You must have:3+ years of needs-based sales experience - consumer lending sales a plus.A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Qualities we require:High level of initiative, independence and resourcefulness.Accountability for yourself and your teammates.Ability to effectively engage customers using technology and automation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Impactful decision making and problem solving expertise.Solid planning, organizational and execution skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
