The R&D facility and systems contained within, known as Cyber Foundry, provides the ability to leverage assets and technologies in order to simulate an environment conducive to developing cyberspace capabilities, which meet the needs of forward deployed forces.Job Description:.The contractor shall maintain knowledge of engineering automation and control systems, system configuration, and program automation..The contractor shall maintain knowledge of power and propulsion systems schematics, power generation distribution, and industry standard design, electrical system design, and analysis of software tools..The contractor shall perform functional responsibilities applying to RF engineering principles, techniques, and procedures..The contractor shall perform, implement and evaluate test plans. Develop test procedures to ensure electrical equipment, control systems, and system performance..The contractor shall conduct vulnerability assessments of marine equipment..The contractor shall review and comment on technical document and analytical intelligence reports..The contractor shall provide oral and/or written presentations, develop studies, evaluations, and documentation, as decided by the COR and/or CLIN manager..Required Experience will include:.Five (5) years in RF engineering and/or electrical engineering, and/or equivalent technical background.Required Skills:Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance and be willing to obtain, at some point, a CI poly..Possess detailed knowledge of RF design and implementation, RF test engineering, RF radio blocks and their design, and DSP. Analyze complex WIFI systems and antenna functions. Required Education:Bachelors degree from an accreditation board of education and training (ABET) accredited institution in RF or Electrical engineering.Preferred Experience:.Possess eight (8) or more years of experience in reverse engineering, specially designing and analyzing link budget and various control systems, and buffer over-flow attacks.Preferred Skills:.Possess knowledge of radar and microwave transmission and receive systems. Capable of understanding of foreign maritime equipment documents (eg operational manuals, maintenance guides and tactical memorandums). Possess the ability to conduct component and system level testing and evaluation of equipment.Preferred Certification:Cyber Security Professional Class (SANS)Preferred Education:Masters of Science degree from an accreditation board of education and training (ABET) accredited institution in RF or Electrical engineering. 92810
