Raytheon's Intelligence, Information, and Services (IIS) is seeking Research Analyst to support the IIS Cybersecurity & Special Missions business development team in its initiatives and will report to the Cybersecurity & Special Missions BD Executive. The analyst will be a subject matter expert in all BD tools responsible for data integrity and timely information. Responsibilities include knowledge of the pursuit pipeline, provide and analyze customized reports and metrics, conduct data research and entry, and continually improve operation efficiency and reporting processes. This position requires a significant amount of data management, data integrity across systems and tools, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. .Support maintenance of the Cybersecurity & Special Missions pipeline in E-RPM tool ensuring the data is current and correct through audits and data analysis..Participate in Cybersecurity & Special Missions and IIS pipeline reviews..Manage Cybersecurity & Special Missions Gate review process, including scheduling and documentation..Prepare Cybersecurity & Special Missions BD reports that outline Business Development activities..Develop and maintain databases used to track BD metrics, customer contacts and events..Provide BD updates for the Monthly Operation Reviews (MOR)..Coordinate Cybersecurity & Special Missions Capture Reviews when required..Manage and maintain collaboration sites (DocuShare / RShare) for Cybersecurity & Special Missions ensuring information is up to date and current. Requirements.Proven ability to operate effectively in an independent, strategically focused role with strong interpersonal skills, independent judgment, and a deep understanding of both strategic and tactical business needs..Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and Customers..Ability to multi-task, be proactive and prioritize requests..Possess the highest standards of leadership and integrity..Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments..Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team..Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)..Must be proficient in E-RPM (or equivalent pipeline tool)..SharePoint knowledge is desirable..Proven ability to develop effective internal and external relationships through personal influence..Proactive, responsive, consistent and persistent.Required Skills/Background: .Undergraduate degree in finance or business. .6+ years working experience in areas such as program management, business and financial management, business process definition / execution / improvement, and either a role in operations or business development or other functional organization..Broad knowledge set and the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments..Understanding of relational databases and is comfortable with managing large amounts of data and reporting metrics..Highly capable with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (macro writing a plus) and Microsoft PowerPoint..Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience and / or understanding in how operations, business development, and other support organizations work together..Self-starter with excellent organizational and team building skills..Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment..Minimum of a current TS/SCI and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with Poly security clearance. 98437
