Will help to maintain current Compliance capabilities as systems and data move to more modern technologies. Perform research to enhance Compliance capabilities by leveraging new technologies. Interface with senior technical leads and their development organizations. Assess the compliance readiness of existing and new systems. Capture customer needs and translate them into system requirements. Manage thread requirements including compiling, coordinating, and tracking thread requirements through deployment. Document and track changes and requirements for new and modernizing systems. Work with project developers and testers, ensuring that software meets Compliance guidelines. Assist in the assessment and resolution of Compliance incidents. Apply lessons learned from recent incidents to improve corporate Compliance capabilities.Required Skills:* Minimum 7+ years technical experience in systems engineering with a focus on compliance or supporting programs to develop and field large-scale systems to include:experience in system architecture, requirements analysis, system documentation, system evaluation, and process execution and evaluation* Ability to work independently, and be a self starter* Effective communication skills with project developers, program managers, and other system engineers* Coordination of development/product timelines (detail oriented)* Function in a very agile, highly visible environment * Excellent technical writing skills* 2+ years SIGINT mission experience and network defensive technologiesDesired Skills and Experience* Knowledge of data policy/security markings/labeling* Prior experience performing systems engineering, system design, implementation, or test engineering for Compliance- or security-focused projects* Understanding of Internet protocols * Understanding of the customer acquisition model* Knowledge of storage/database technologies* Experience with COMSEC data* Experience integrating products into a complex system* Experience writing Milestone Documentation preferred (specifically and ISP)* Experience with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)Education:Bachelors Degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional system engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.Qualified applicants subject to a US government security background investigation and must meet minimum eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
