Manager, Sales (Enterprise)
**What youll be doing** As Sales Manager for the Enterprise Inside Business Sales, you will be anextraordinary sales manager and a company leader. With your vision andpractical experience, you will lead your team to penetrate net new accountsand expand deployments across existing client base for Tableau Software. Theenterprise sale team works as a unified inside/outside sale organization forthe most strategic accounts. You would be responsible for managing the insideteam and working in unison with field sales managers and territory managers toensure we grow our revenue and hit team quota targets.Some of the things youll be doing include * Revenue responsibility: For an assigned region in Tableaus North America Territory, including US and Canada * Team management: Recruiting, hiring, training, daily management, KPI and Metrics reviews * Operational efficiency and process development for highly transactional inside sales team * Bring knowledge of enterprise negotiations to your team and offer insight into sales process * Drive the growth of domestic new-business sales and transactions by preparing the team to effectively qualify opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and close the initial sale. * Accelerate the ramp time of new hires by providing sales, industry, software and process training * Develop the individuals on the team through call-shadowing with immediate feedback, as well as ongoing 1:1 coaching * Tight management of teams pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting * Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring leadership as needed. * Work in unison with Field District managers to ensure a favorable teaming environment with field sales * Oversight of leads and pipeline management in CRM system * Tracking and reporting of sales metrics using Tableau**Who you are** * **Experienced** . 3+ years in software or technology sales with one or more years experience in sales team leadership. * **Amazing Salesperson** .
