Customer Service Representative II Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Customer Service Representative II will include: Receives and processes routine customer complaints and inquiries relating to products ordered. Maintains excellent customer relationships. Incumbents utilize knowledge of products and customer issues to provide a communications link to the customer. Works daily with parties inside and outside of the company to bring resolution to customer issues. Maintains claims records. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and generally require originality or ingenuity. Applies advanced administrative skills to the position. Must possess professional interpersonal communication skills.
