This role is a full life cycle permanent role based in our Maryland offices or Herndon, VA office. Responsibilities: Maintains relationships with hiring managers within a business segment, program, and/or project; develops relationships with key decision makers. Drives the end-to-end recruiting process for business segment, program, and/or project; develops and implements sourcing strategies, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and negotiates offers of selected candidates. Provides recruiting consultation at each step in the recruiting process. Meets or exceeds hiring goals while maintaining key metrics including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity, and hiring manager/candidate satisfaction. Counsels hiring managers and the business leadership he/she supports on the hiring process, and ensures that the recruiting process for openings complies with corporate and government policy. Uses significant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to the execution of the staffing strategy, including talent attraction, hiring, relocation, and contingent workforce. Education and Experience First-level university degree or equivalent; advanced university degree preferred 5+ years of related recruiting experience Experience in recruiting for a variety of IT roles, with a focus on cleared recruiting Subject matter expertise in developing sourcing strategies and using sourcing tools such as Internet job boards and LinkedIn Demonstrated ability to use social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter to increase candidate pipeline and brand organization Working knowledge of Taleo and Workday, and/or a variety of other ATS and HRIS systems Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills`
