As an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, we have built our reputation on quality processes supported by certifications and accreditations at the highest levels with industry partners such as Apple, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft and Oracle.OverviewPCMG is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Contract Administrator to our team located in Chantilly, VA.ResponsibilitiesCradle to grave contract administration.Review solicitations and prepare routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.Coordinate with sales team or other staff to gather any additional information and/or forms required for bid submission (for example Warranty Info, Specification Sheets, W-9 forms, or forms that require notarization etc.)Review pricing provided by sales team for accuracy.Review terms and conditions. Identify any non-standard t's and c's or requirements and recommend for higher level review.Review various contract agreements (Non-Disclosure, Reseller, Teaming, etc.) to identify potential risk and escalate to higher level review.Maintain bid/solicitation records (Excel Spreadsheet)Communicate department policy and practices to sales managers/teams. Working with a national sales force in various offices. Communication is key in this role.Prepare routine correspondence, and contract documentation.Prepare, organize and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.Prepare monthly pricing sheets for various contracts (ie Microsoft Software)Prepare monthly/quarterly contract sales and/or fee reportsPrepare vendor information/bid application forms for signature and submit according to agency instructionsMaintain vendor/supplier registration records including various login/password combinations.Coordinate across various internal departments to ensure contract compliance (Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Program Management, etc.)Adhere to PCMG internal ISO processes and procedures to ensure Quality Management.Qualifications2+ years experience in Public Sector Contract Administration. Strong Federal experience a plusShould be able to read and understand request for quotes, invitation to bid, request for proposals and contract documents.Basic knowledge of contracting concepts and familiarity with federal, state & local and academic purchasing processes.Draft simple proposal or contractual documents in accordance with document instructions, templates and guidelines.Good computer skills specifically a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat.Attention to detailGood organization and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, both with external customers and with internal staff.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why work for PCM?PCM-G is more than an IT provider: we are a trusted technology partner for thousands of businesses across the country specializing in cloud, data center, mobility, networking, security, and software solutions.PCM-G: The right technology, delivered!
