Client Facing Recruiter
Pontoon is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support one of our large government clients in McLean, VA,. Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days a week in McLean, VA. This is a long term contract position,. Need to have experience working in the DOD and Intel community. Responsibility: Full Life cycle recruiter, to work with the candidates and the hiring managers through the recruiting process.Need to have experience recruiting technical candidates in the cleared community.Deliver high impact to building qualified candidate pipeline Participate in in requisition intake calls and build credible relationships with client staff to help build effective strategies, but also help educate teams on market conditions that impact the delivery of talent Participate in team meetings, researching, gathering competitive intelligence on market industry trends, technical and functional skills, locations, and financial scope Utilizing creative means and best practices to research, find, engage, and attract highly cleared candidates who hold up to TS/SCI Poly clearances to develop a diverse pool of qualified talent Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas and create sourcing strategies to find active and "passive" candidates Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, qualifications and cultural fit and present those qualified for interviewWork with the hiring managers, and developing strong relationships* 5+ years of technical recruitment experience * 5+ years of sourcing experience recruiting a variety of Technical skills to include engineering with clearances up to full scope poly. * Experience sourcing and recruiting highly cleared candidates up to TS/SCI with Polygraphs * Must have prior or current experience working for a government contractor * Strong record of building and maintaining client relationship and partnership * In depth understanding of OFCCP compliance * Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. * Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment * Experience with high volume recruiting * Strong work ethic and can-do attitude * Excellent communicator, able to learn and articulate effectively and efficiently* New to have experience with ATS system, prefer Workday * Experience with tools for organizing, managing, tracking hiring activitiesCLICK HERE TO APPLY!Our culture:Open: We are direct and honest.
